How to use the locations on your dashboard
When you select Space Management under your TOOLS, you go directly to your dashboard. This is your quick overview of data from the last month. Here you can use a series of simple visualizations to see how many spaces have been in use, and how many spaces constitute overcapacity.
You can display data about both over- and sub-locations on your dashboard. You choose which ones by clicking on the menu in the left corner of the dashboard. Here you can then select, for example, 'Desk occupancy', '1st floor', 'Basement', 'Canteen', 'Meeting rooms' and so on.

The screenshots vary depending on whether you choose to view desk (desks) or meeting rooms. Desk looks like the above, while meeting rooms are displayed in the following way.
