I need to move a desk

When physically moving a desk, start by identifying the sensor attached to the desk so you can look it up.
Once you've done that, go to ADMIN and Sensors, and click the small pencil icon next to the sensor. Then choose which location the sensor should now belong to, give it a new name, and click save.

Next, you need to place the sensor on the floor plan that belongs to the location you selected.

You do this under ADMIN and Locations. Click the small pencil icon next to the location and select the FLOOR PLAN tab. Since you already reassigned the sensor under ADMIN and Sensors, the sensor will now appear on the right-hand side in the ‘Sensors’ box. From there, you can drag it directly onto the floor plan. This completes the move.

Note! If the move involves a new floor plan, please read the section ‘New floor plan’.

IMPORTANT! When moving a desk with a sensor, remember to assign new tag(s) to the sensor.
