I have installed a new desk

When you have a new desk that you want to monitor, you need to assign a sensor to it. Take an unused sensor from the drawer—either a new one or one you have taken down from another desk and deactivated.

Find the sensor’s ID by holding your phone over the QR code, then locate it in the list of inactive sensors under ADMIN and Sensors.

When you find the sensor, there will be a small lightning bolt icon next to it. Click it, give the sensor a name, select the correct location, and click Activate.

Next, place the sensor on the floor plan. You do this under ADMIN and Locations. Click the small pencil icon next to the location and select the FLOOR PLAN tab. The sensor will now be visible on the right-hand side in the ‘Sensors’ box, and you can drag it directly onto the floor plan.

InfoNote!
If you have a new floor plan, please read the section ‘New floor plan.’

AlertIMPORTANT! When installing a new desk with a sensor, remember to assign the sensor the relevant tags.
