Cleaning – Setting up Email lists
RoomAlyzer can send emails to cleaning staff (or others of your choice), helping them plan cleaning schedules based on actual room usage.
To create email lists, go to TOOLS > Cleaning.
Under the Email Lists tab, you can define different groups – for example, Morning Shift and Evening Shift – and configure what each list should display, when emails should be sent, and more.
