FM Report

The FM Report is a useful tool for Facility Management and provides a detailed overview of how various locations are being used. It is delivered as a PDF directly to your email inbox.

You can find the FM Report under TOOLS, Reports – select the FM Report tab.

Click on Create new FM Report. You will then be guided through a series of steps where you, among other things, name your report, choose locations, define opening hours, and more. When you're done, save the report, and it will now appear under the FM Report tab. From here, you can choose to edit the report, send it as a PDF, or delete it.

If you have defined different room types under ADMIN, Room Types, the report will show you how much each room type (office, meeting room, classroom, storage, etc.) has been used.
