Tags are an easy way to identify a group of desks with shared characteristics. By using tags, you can easily extract data for specific types of workspaces. These can include department names, sub-departments, executive areas, and so on.
Tags can also describe the physical properties of a desk, such as “window seat,” “aisle seat,” “wide desk,” “narrow desk,” “height-adjustable desk,” “dual-screen desk,” “140x80cm desk,” and so on.
Note! A sensor can have as many tags as you need. For example, you can have a sensor with the following tags: “Finance Department,” “window seat,” and “140x80cm desk.”Creating tags:
You create one or more tags by going to ADMIN, selecting Space Management, and then TAGS. Here, you type the name of the tag you want to create and click CREATE TAG. Your new tag will then appear in the list below. Initially, the blue circle next to the tag will just be blue. Once you have assigned the tag to a number of sensors, the number of sensors will appear inside the blue circle.
