We are behind on updating desks and sensors. How do we clean this up?
Find a quiet time when there are no employees at the affected desks/areas. Go there and take one desk at a time. There can be different scenarios for each desk that has not been updated with the correct information:
A sensor is missing. Install a new sensor.
There is a sensor under the desk. In that case, you need to identify the sensor and move the desk.
Keep going until you have been through all the desks you are unsure about.
Note: Remember to check if the desk is tagged correctly.
