RoomAlyzer sensors come with a set of factory settings. For example, the CO₂ limit is set according to the Danish Working Environment Authority’s recommendation that there should be no more than 1000 ppm (parts per million) in a room. Similarly, temperature is preset based on official guidelines, and so on.
But the point at which a value becomes critical can vary greatly depending on your specific criteria. For example, the ideal temperature in an office is different from what’s needed in a storage room or archive.
You can therefore change the threshold values for temperature, humidity, VOC, CO₂, light level, and sound level yourself.
To do this, go to ADMIN, Sensors. Then click on the sensor you want to adjust and select the Thresholds tab. Here, you can change the thresholds for all six measurement types by dragging the white circle until the values match your preferences.
Once you’ve set the thresholds for one sensor, you can apply the settings to your other sensors by clicking at the bottom of the page:
