There is a QR code on every RoomAlyzer MINI and RoomAlyzer FULL. If you scan the QR code with your phone, you will instantly see an overview of the sensor’s current readings. The measurements are independent of the RoomAlyzer system, so you don’t need to log in to use the QR code.
In the RoomAlyzer system, you choose which measurements should be visible to anyone using the QR code. You do this by clicking ADMIN, Sensors. For each individual sensor, click the pencil icon on the right-hand side. In the screen that appears, you can choose Public Access (Yes or No), and by using the small gear icon, you can also select which measurement points should be public, see illustration. Finally, you can choose whether or not to show “usage minutes” on the public page.
Using the QR Code
You decide whether or not to use the QR code. Some of the situations where other customers actively use the QR code include:
At a workplace where there have been complaints about the indoor climate, you can give employees the opportunity to monitor the measurements themselves by using the QR code. The same applies to housing associations, which can give tenants who have submitted complaints the ability to view the readings in their apartment.
At some schools, teachers have put up enlarged copies of the QR code so that students can monitor the measurements, and their observations can be used in teaching.
