I need to find and identify a sensor

If you're holding a sensor and, for some reason, don’t know where it belongs, you need to locate and identify it in the system. You can do this in one of two ways:
  1. Open the camera on your phone and point it at the QR code on the sensor. This will give you the 21-digit code, which is the sensor’s unique ID. You can enter this ID under ADMIN and Sensors to identify it.



  2. Alternatively, you can go to ADMIN and Sensors and click on the sensor itself. The ID will then appear on your screen.
Note!
With the second option, you might see multiple sensors because people may be at work, triggering sensor activity. So pay close attention to which one is yours.
