How do I remove a sensor from a desk?

The sensor is attached with strong adhesive. So when you want to remove a sensor from a desk, you need to use a putty knife or similar tool and give the sensor a gentle push with it.
IMPORTANT: When you push the sensor off, you must do so by pushing along one of the sensor's long sides. If you push from a corner, you risk being left with a defective sensor.
There is also a tool specifically designed to remove desk sensors, so if you need to remove many sensors, you can contact IoT-Fabrikken through support or your direct contact person.

There can be various reasons for taking down a sensor. In some contexts because the sensor needs to be moved and used elsewhere, and in other contexts, because the sensor needs to be decommissioned.
IdeaSave the battery: When the sensor is taken down, it's a good idea to store it near a Cloud Connector. This way you avoid it going intoboost mode, and thus save the battery.
