Grouping sensors with tags

Grouping sensors with tags

Using tags
Tags offer an alternative way to group your sensors besides by location. While each sensor can only belong to one location, it can be assigned multiple tags.
Tags are especially useful in Space Management, where you want a more detailed view of how different areas are being used.
You define your own tags. Examples might include:
  • Physical seating areas for different departments
  • Types of workspaces, such as hot desks or focus zones
  • Desk size (large or small)
  • Height-adjustable desks
  • Number of screens (one or two)
To set up tags, go to ADMIN > Space Management. Choose TAGS to create your tags, and TAGS – SENSORS to assign sensors to them.
To view usage data, navigate to TOOLS > Space Management, where you’ll find a range of visualizations and insights.
